A knife stabbed my heart
And without warning
Twisted and turned
Like a key turning
In a locked door
Threatening to
Unleash a wall
Of pain, I will
Feel the knife
Until it has no
Power over
Me
A knife stabbed my heart
And without warning
Twisted and turned
Like a key turning
In a locked door
Threatening to
Unleash a wall
Of pain, I will
Feel the knife
Until it has no
Power over
Me
Interesting that the knife is a murderous weapon to stab a heart but also a key to it. Great imagery.

Thank you Mandi, I first used the word entered and then changed it to stabbed. I had the image of a knife being a key. 💝

There is always a time when someone stab you right at your heart with a knife.
It depends who did that … Ugh!
I hope no one does that to me at the moment. 😛
