I broke a rule when I was ten
The world – it stopped it’s spin
Dad flew into such a rage for
His child doing such a sin
And ever since in every way
I try my best to live within
The rules that have been set-
I clench my teeth and grin
I broke a rule when I was ten
The world – it stopped it’s spin
Dad flew into such a rage for
His child doing such a sin
And ever since in every way
I try my best to live within
The rules that have been set-
I clench my teeth and grin

It’s a licensed stock image, I can add one of myself when I was ten if you would like?

The girl was so pretty, and I thought it was yours.

My daughter is pictured in my post Mud and Fun, that was a few years back, I try not to post images of my children to preserve their privacy. My daughter knows about the one I’ve posted and she is fine with it, but she did scold me for not asking her first!

What a sad post. How often we treat children in a cruel or impatient way rather than realizing we are here to teach and help.

Yes, adults can have a big effect on children.
