I was clearing out some branches, when suddenly I felt this awful sting and noticed something fly away.
Sure enough. I got stung!
Question is, it wasn’t a bee, so what was it?

Yes I’m good thanks! Was worried I might have a reaction (am allergic to bees), but the swelling has gone down!

A spider??? But do they fly? Good you are better. And horrible to be allergic to bees. I don’t recall ever having a bee sting, though.
