Yes I understand it’s not always easy to do. We humans have our vulnerable spots, and strengths too, that help us keep moving despite inner turmoils. So…if we approach them consciously, open eyed, we manage to overcome stressful episodes and find our happiness in life. Hopefully, I’m not sounding too sermonising.
