Don’t lean too close
For I might push you away
Don’t go too far
For I might pull you back
I cannot say no
For fear I might yet say yes
And saying yes
Might lead me to a no
So I will be still
Until I know which way to go
Don’t lean too close
For I might push you away
Don’t go too far
For I might pull you back
I cannot say no
For fear I might yet say yes
And saying yes
Might lead me to a no
So I will be still
Until I know which way to go
What a wise poem with a suitably wise attitude. Sometimes just being still enables what way we need to respond…to surface and become clear. Never wise to rush in….take care.

It’s terrible, I can never be trusted to make a decision, because as soon as I make it, I change my mind 🙂
