I look at this girl 

So full of light and hope 

And feel compassion 

For the soul within 

Wishing only the best 

May life treat her well 

And so for today 

I encourage that girl

Inside the woman I am today 

To give thanks 

And be happy 

Just for today

Tomorrow I will

Wish again.

    1. Oh I have! All those wrinkles that are also creeping up on me! And I had orthodontics and dental surgery as an adult, so my profile has changed somewhat. But thanks!! 😀
