When you rang the bell
Then ran away
When you kissed so sweetly
And turned the key
When you slammed the door
Then came back for more
I wonder, oh, I do
What I ever saw in you
And why, oh, why
Do my thoughts still
Swing your way
What did I ever –
What could I have ever
Seen in you?

I often ask those that I’ve I kissed before, “how would you know if a kiss is sweet? Does it taste sweet?” And I got a typical response and it seems that a wet, deep, and long kiss was the sweetest. 🙂

A kiss is sweet when I am pulled into that person’s embrace, and my body and mind says yes, and I never want it to end. And no bad breath or body odour helps haha 😉

There is a saying, “love is blind, the nose cannot smell, and the ear cannot hear!’ Meaning, even if the person has bad breath, if you really love him, it will smell nice! Hahaha!

Funny…. was asking me this just lately too! Really funny, that you write about it today, Vonita.

All is well! That was an older story I just discussed with a friend the other day. That’s why I thought it was so funny to read it just now 😀 I am absolutely fine, Vonita. But it is very lovely of you to be so caring. :*

Sometimes we see things that we want to be there I guess. It’s quite shocking when what we thought was there, isn’t actually there. Great job on the poem Vonita.

Thank you mandibelle, and what’s also shocking is that the mind will still take one back to those unhelpful situations, again only remembering what we want to remember! Even when it’s only half the story.

Yeah, I know. It will work itself out for you I hope Vonita.
