All is barren
Lost in the wilderness
I try and find my way to the light
But all I find is a stone

I draw open the curtains

Tears escape from my eyes
Leaving trails of salt
Etched on my face
As thoughts of you
Fill my mind and leave
Me wanting more of you
Forever Farewell
I said goodbye to a friend of mine
So I could walk into my future alone and free
And I knew the goodbye would be forever
That never would I hear the voice of that soul
Again, but in my dreams a voice sounds out
To me, and when I awake, the voice so clear
Is of an old friend of mine, a friend I chose to

Flowers reflect the inward hue
