Revealing rainbow skies
Stretching across creation
Hope flickers bright

Against backdrops of the wise
Fresh hope springs to life
Whisper
All joys this earth could bring
The depths of endless sea
Wind in sheltering trees
Could never separate
Thy child from Thy grace
I feel Thy presence

Of hope for tomorrow,
Life lived today, and
Gratitude for

Light shines bright

I hid behind flowers
I ran in the rain
I flew to high heavens
Ignoring my pain
I dreamt of my life

The wind caresses my skin
As the birds begin to sing
The sun bids farewell
As the moon takes its stand
My lungs are filled
With the song of spirit
And I feel one
With light and love

Place of Safety
I turn to the sun
And see brightness and light
I look within
And feel courage and life
In the depths of despair
I hold out my arms
And am gently lifted
From the dark well surrounds
To the higher, brighter
Sun-drenched place
