Sneak Preview!
For those readers who may have been following my blog over the few months since September, you will know that I have been compiling a book that is my heart’s passion. The POD version is still a few weeks away, so as a Sneak Preview to my readers, I am offering the book in PDF format available from Gumroad, and listed under my Bookshelf Page.

Oak Tree

I would be
Under a tree
So I can sit in it’s shadow
Listening to the song of the birds
And the wind as it whispers its
Silent secrets softly
To me
Desperation
at what point does one not give up?
at what point does one persevere?
because I am out of ideas

True love is when you would give your life for someone else
As many parents would do for their offspring
Anything else is merely affection
Fatigue
Tiredness seeps into my every pore
After a life of being lost and
Not knowing where to turn
I lie down and allow
My eyes to close
Sudden Death
I heard my
Mother’s voice
During the week
Of an April past.
On the weekend
She was gone,
That is how
Very sudden
Death can be.

Appearing in blues, albinos, yellows and calicos
