A little hand
Found it’s way into another
A child and her mother
And I felt safe

Depression
Pluck me from my life
And fly me far away from here
From all my daily strife
I’d rather be unknown
I’d rather sleep alone
In my nightly dreams remain
Than everyday to feel
This lifelong endless pain
Family Ties
I have a sister far away
Bound by blood and love
We said goodbye
We kissed and hugged and waved
And then we parted and
Moved away

You have no idea what lays behind the mask I wear
You wear a mask

The man you are
I could not know

Missing my mum
Missing my dad
Missing a life I no longer have

Missing my family
Missing my home
Missing lives that no longer live
