In a world of strangers
A precious sanctuary created for me
Amongst those that say they care, but don’t
A place of love and light and safety
A refuge to which I can flee
Wherever my wandering thoughts may roam
I hear a still small voice, quietly
Whispering “My Heart is Your Home”
From depths of winter
Delicate petals flower
Spreading joy and warmth
My hair’s been irritating me for a while, and no chance to get to a hairdresser. So this evening my fingers were really itchy and before I knew it my hair was chopped!
Yay me, and it feels so good ✂️

IMHO, pink hydrangea is perfect. Right up there with a red rose in bloom.
