The sad thing is, I tried on my wedding dress a few years ago and the zip doesn’t zip up anymore 😂 and as you can see, I was able to wear it at one point!

The most bittersweet of days
Invokes a guilt of
Succumbing under a mountain
Of pressure
As I try to maintain a
Smile and ray of positivity
While inside I am aching
Over the fact that
He never wished me
Mind Games
My mind starts to
Melt like a candle burning
Under the heat of a flame
A waiting game
Until it solidifies back into
A mind I can
Use
A Precious Life
A few brief days
Adds the weight of value
Onto our most precious
Possession
Revel
Once in a while
A book crosses my path
A book so glorious
So magnificent
That all I can do
Is breath in its scent
Revel in its beauty
Caress its cover
And drown in its pages
