As an American, I am absolutely ashamed of him. I didn’t vote for him; I knew it would turn out this way, and I can’t imagine why others didn’t see him for what he is.

I cannot imagine either. Except to say maybe it was the better of two bad choices for them?

Personally, I think Hillary Clinton would have made a really good president, but I understand that many voters did not like her or trust her.
